The work concerns itself with the realm of the ‘everyday’ – an enigmatic experience which is felt collectively yet also uniquely, seen as mundane yet also marvelous, and as a result, proves to be completely diverse in its understanding. In this way, through the alteration and rejuvenation of the banal, the work manifests itself as playful installations in which the viewer is allowed to explore and understand my everyday. Consequently, the seemingly normal is defamiliarised for the viewer, creating a space of intrigue and absurdity in which one is encouraged to question this strange world of the everyday, and perhaps experience it anew.
